What do you need to register for care work with Trinity Personnel?
1. Photographic Identification.
The following are acceptable forms of Identification. If you do not possess any of the below, please get in contact for other acceptable forms of identification.
Current UK Passport, or,
Current EU Passport, or,
Current Foreign Passport with Visa, or,
Immigration Status Document, or,
Asylum Status Document.
2. If applicable, a clear CRB check, less than three years old will enable you to start work with Trinity.
We will then require a new CRB to be applied for, at a cost of £50* within 1 month of your first shift.
3. A current moving and handling certificate, less than one year old.
4. Two written care references, or names and contact details of two referees (care related) who we can contact.
5. Your sort code and account number.
6. Your national insurance number.
7. Any other relevant certificates, for example first aid or Handling Medication.
8. Your CV, if you possess one.
