You may remember us contacting you last month to explain the new governmental regulations concerning your business website. If you missed it, here is an outline of what you need to do.
Following the introduction of the Companies Act 2006 the government now requires certain business details on your website. From January 2007 as a registered business you are required to display your business name, registered address, registration number and place of registration. Any websites linked to your company must have similar information on. Crucially it must be noted that this requirement is of all registered companies with a commercial website, and it is not just restricted to those selling directly through their websites.
So, get this sorted now, or risk a fine from the government.
